NPLI Alum RADM Cari Thomas Profiled

U.S. Coast Guard Rear Admiral Cari Thomas (Cohort X), currently serving as commander of District 14 based in Hawaii, was recently profiled by MidWeek Oahu:

We enjoyed having Thomas as part of Cohort X and are delighted (and not surprised) by her continued meta-leadership success.
