Mr. Wright is a Lecturer for the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative. A 32-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Kaleth led multiple organizations concluding as the 18th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force where he served as the senior advisor to the CEO (USAF Chief of Staff) on all issues impacting nearly 600K employees. He has a proven track record of helping organizations achieve peak performance, training and mentoring executives in the art of servant leadership and motivating teams across multiple generations.

Kaleth O. He is the CEO, Air Force Aid Society, the Air Force’s official charity where he guides a small team that provides $20M/year in emergency financial assistance, scholarships and community programs to service members and their families. A 32-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Kaleth led multiple organizations concluding as the 18th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force where he served as the senior advisor to the CEO (USAF Chief of Staff) on all issues impacting nearly 600K employees. A dynamic, engaging and motivating speaker, he delivered over 200 keynote addresses to audiences across the globe. He has over 10,000 hours teaching, coaching and providing leadership expertise to both individuals and audiences ranging from first-line supervisors to C-Suite executives. He has extensive experience in international leadership and development where he has championed leadership programs for 17 partner nations as well as legislative affairs where he has worked with congress to enhance quality of life policies and programs for service members and their families.

Kaleth is a thought leader in diversity, resilience and leadership and has mastered the use of interpersonal and mass communication via social media where he currently hosts the Blueprint Leadership Podcasts as well as The New Normal web series. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland (Global Campus), his MBA from University of Phoenix and has studied executive leadership at such distinguished programs as the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government’s Center for Public Leadership, Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, Howard University’s School of Business as well as the Center For Creative Leadership and the DoD’s National Defense University.
