PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Designed for mid-level professionals, this immersive learning experience goes in-depth on the fundamentals of meta-leadership and its’ tools that you can apply immediately upon return to your profession. Engage in self-awareness techniques, understand how to recognize and avoid falling into traps, learn how to use your emotional intelligence to make more effective decisions, participate in a learning lab with your peers, and much more. You will invest 30 hours of learning to include a learning lab.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW: This immersive learning experience is built around case discussions, collaborative projects, and prominent, insightful guest speakers in addition to the renowned program faculty. Participants will engage with leaders from some of the most significant crises of recent years and build a robust network of peers who will serve as an enduring resource. Participants will leave with a better sense of themselves as leaders and team builders, as well as how to take decisive action when it matters most. You will invest 40 hours of learning plus participate in an action learning project.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Designed for mid-level professionals. Participants will increase their understanding of how to strengthen their internal leadership capacities, inspire those around them to follow, enhance techniques to lead up, effectively engage stakeholders, improve crisis communication competencies, and drive their teams and organizations towards higher achievement. Participants will be tested in a dynamic group exercise to ensure they can fully utilize the skills learned during the week before returning home.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Designed for senior leaders. Participants will learn how to effectively lead one’s self and others out of the emotional “basement”, assess a situation, link and leverage resource capabilities, apply an ethical framework to create and foster an ethical culture, optimize organizational performance, and more. Applying the methods and practices taught in the program students will implement an action learning project with class peers.
