Serino testifies during Senate subcommittee hearing on Boston Marathon Bombing Lessons Learned

U.S. Senate subcommittee convenes a panel of experts to discuss lessons learned, as well as honor the victims, 10 years after the Boston Marathon Bombing.  Committee members who convened the hearing include Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-New Hampshire, and Sen. and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, R-Utah. Rich Serino – Deputy Adm of FEMA at the time, along with Ed Davis former Commissioner of BPD, among others, testify.
