Barry C. Dorn, MD, MHCM

Dr. Dorn is Senior Advisor the NPLI and the Program for Health Care Negotiation & Conflict Resolution, an Instructor in Public Health Practice at HSPH, and a Clinical Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Dorn practiced at Excel Orthopedic Specialists, retiring from medical practice in 2007.  He is among the leaders in the development of the health care negotiation and conflict resolution field.

Regina Jungbluth, ALM

Managing Director
HSPH, National Preparedness Leadership Initiative

As the Managing Director for the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative Ms. Jungbluth is responsible for program development, program management, marketing, serves as the finance manager, and oversees all program administration.  Ms. Jungbluth also conducts the recruitment for the residential leadership training programs. She has more than 20 years experience in program strategy and management as well as business development. She has a Masters Degree from Harvard University.

Andrew Schwartz

Staff Assistant
HSPH, National Preparedness Leadership Initiative

Mr. Schwartz is the staff assistant for the program and is responsible for complex calendar management, provides administrative support to faculty, handles general inquires, and interacts with clients.
