Keenan Chairs Clean Gulf 2013; McNulty Keynotes

Gwen Keenan (Cohort VII), Director, Office of Emergency Response of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, was chairperson of the 2013 Clean Gulf conference held last week in Tampa, Florida.
