As the Managing Director for the NPLI Ms. Jungbluth is responsible for program development, program management, marketing, serves as the finance manager, and oversees all program administration. Ms. Jungbluth also conducts the recruitment for all leadership training programs. She has more than 20 years’ experience in program strategy and management as well as business development. She has a master’s degree from Harvard University.
